Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times

- 🇺🇸 United States: 4–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email at support@mynoviq.shop. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
